Job summary

N Consulting Global invites an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to join our UK-based delivery team. You will lead design and implementation of multiple ServiceNow modules, with emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, and SPM, while handling enterprise integrations via REST, SOAP, and MID Server.

You will drive end-to-end delivery from design through deployment in regulated environments, applying a strong security model and working within Agile teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years as ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer.
• Proven experience implementing ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM.
• Strong experience with REST, SOAP, MID Server.
• End-to-end implementations from design to deployment.
• Security model knowledge (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• CTA progress towards certification is desirable.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
