Job summary

Morgan Philips UK Limited is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join a UK-wide delivery team. The role focuses on designing, developing and delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple industries, with flexible working (1 day per week in an office).

You'll mentor junior staff, collaborate with architects and stakeholders, and drive platform optimisation. Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CSM/HRSD/SPM/SecOps or IRM and experience with Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub,

Qualifications

• Strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Expertise in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder and REST/SOAP APIs.

I'm currently partnering with a leading UK technology and digital transformation consultancy that is
rapidly growing their ServiceNow practice and are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to deliver enterprise-scale transformation programmes across a range of industries.
What You'll Do

• Lead the design, development and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Work closely with architects, platform owners and stakeholders to deliver best-practice solutions.
• Develop integrations using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Conduct code reviews, technical assessments and platform optimisation.
• Mentor consultants and developers while contributing to practice growth and innovation.

What You'll Bring

• Strong ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Expertise in one or more areas: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, SecOps or IRM.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Experience working in enterprise, managed service or consulting environments.
• Agile delivery experience and excellent stakeholder management skills.
