• Define customer operations and revenue transformation strategies leveraging ServiceNow.
• Advise senior stakeholders on customer experience transformation.
• Design and support implementation of AI-enabled workflow solutions.
• Lead initiatives such as lead-to-order transformations and subscription monetisation.
