Job summary

Capgemini Invent, the digital innovation and transformation arm of Capgemini, seeks a Managing Consultant for AI & Digital Acceleration. You will lead customer and revenue transformation initiatives, design workflow-enabled operating models, and guide senior stakeholders through complex transformation programmes across CRM, FSM and related functions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer transformation, CRM or service transformation consulting (10–15 years).
• Strong understanding of customer-facing operating models and workflow platforms.

• Lead end-to-end transformation programmes leveraging ServiceNow and AI capabilities.
• Advise senior stakeholders on customer experience, revenue operations and ecosystem collaboration.
