Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Managing Consultant specializing in ServiceNow AI and Enterprise Automation to lead AI-first transformation programs on the ServiceNow platform in Glasgow. You will guide clients in designing, implementing, and scaling AI-enabled workflows, shaping enterprise AI strategies, and advising on governance and risk management.

Qualifications

10–15 years of experience in technology-enabled transformation or consulting
Strong familiarity with the ServiceNow platform, multi-module exposure preferred
Experience in AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives
Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes

Responsibilities

Define and shape enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps leveraging ServiceNow.
Advise senior stakeholders on AI operating models, governance, risk, and compliance.
Translate business requirements into AI-enabled workflow solutions.
Design and support the implementation of AI Control Tower for lifecycle management and governance.
Create agentic AI workflows that enable autonomous execution.
Develop use cases for Now Assist and GenAI across workflows.
Define data, integration, and workflow architectures for AI-enabled ServiceNow solutions.
Support adoption of Employee Works capabilities, focusing on conversational AI and enterprise search.
Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive transformation programs.
