Job summary

Hogan Lovells seeks a ServiceNow Data and CMDB Specialist to govern CMDB data, ensure accuracy of CIs and relationships, and drive data quality improvements across the ServiceNow platform. You will work with owners to maintain standards and support reporting and analytics across IT services.

The role requires practical CMDB experience, strong data governance skills and the ability to build reliable reports and insights using across ServiceNow, Power BI and related tools.

Qualifications

• Five+ years practical ServiceNow CMDB experience with data governance.
• Hands-on CMDB data quality, CI classes, relationships and lifecycle management.
• Experience creating ServiceNow reports and dashboards with data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own governance, quality and maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB and related data.
• Define data ownership, standards and controls with service owners and data teams.
• Monitor data quality through regular reviews and coordinate corrective action.
• Develop and maintain CMDB data model, CI classes and relationships.
• Deliver cross-platform reporting, dashboards and KPIs with trusted data.
