Job summary

ECS Resource Group Ltd is seeking an IT Configuration Administrator to support the maintenance and improvement of Configuration Management data within ServiceNow. The role focuses on administration, data quality, and record upkeep across IT configurations and services.

You will work with IT teams to gather missing information, ensure accuracy of records, and update CI and service data in ServiceNow. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for this contract role based

Qualifications

• Previous experience in IT administration, ITSM or ServiceNow environment.
• Strong focus on data quality and record management.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience communicating with IT teams to gather information.
• Ability to manage large volumes of records and data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update Configuration Item records within ServiceNow.
• Create, amend and retire records following agreed processes.
• Update CI information including ownership and status.
• Review records for missing or inaccurate information.
• Carry out routine CMDB housekeeping and data cleansing.
• Update relationships between records and Service/Service Offering data.
• Maintain Service and Service Offering information within ServiceNow.
