Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup is seeking a ServiceNow & CMDB Manager to support BAU operations with a focus on configuration and CMDB integrity. You will manage and maintain the CMDB as part of ongoing recovery and inflight activities, ensuring CI accuracy and data quality across service mappings.

You will participate in the CMDB working group, drive outcomes with CI Data Owners, and provide reporting on CMDB status and improvements. The role is hybrid with travel to sites as needed.

Rate: Flexible based on market expectation - Inside IR35
Location: Hybrid (Flexible but expectation to travel to sites)

We are seeking a ServiceNow & CMDB Manager to support BAU operations with a focus on configuration.

You will need to manage & maintain the CMDB once you have worked through their recovery of the CMDB itself which is an inflight activity.
