Job summary

Focus Group is seeking an Application Lead (ServiceNow CMDB) to take ownership of the strategic development, configuration, and optimisation of our ServiceNow platform. You’ll act as the subject matter expert for CMDB and CSDM, driving platform performance, data integrity, and continuous improvement while aligning closely with business goals and customer outcomes.

• Strong CMDB knowledge with data modelling and governance.
• Solid ITIL understanding and release management experience.
• Experience designing enterprise workflows and platform performance.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver the roadmap for CMDB and CSDM in ServiceNow.
• Act as technical authority for configuration data structure and integration.
• Lead platform configuration, administration and release management.
• Design and optimise CMDB schema, data models and workflows.
• Drive automation, performance tuning and use of out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Plan and execute release cycles, upgrades, testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Liaise with ServiceNow partners and managed service providers.
• Support onboarding of new teams and acquisitions into the platform.
