Job summary

UP3 is a ServiceNow-focused managed service provider based in London, seeking a seasoned Business Process Consultant. You will lead discovery workshops, shape requirements, and guide technical teams to design solutions that improve clients’ ServiceNow-driven processes.

You will work within a dynamic, growth-focused team, mentoring colleagues and contributing to ITS best practices while delivering measurable value for customers across complex digitalisation programmes.

Qualifications

• Outstanding communication and engagement skills.
• Experience leading requirements workshops.
• Proven ability to translate user stories to technical teams.
• Good knowledge of ServiceNow capabilities.
• Consultancy experience with complex organisations.
• Process design and ownership background.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
• ITIL knowledge and service management best practices.
• Ability to mentor less senior staff.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery workshops across the ServiceNow platform.
• Be the expert in ServiceNow and its underlying processes.
• Lead process improvement initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to customers on process improvements.
• Provide oversight and guidance to senior project teams.
• Assist customers with training and change initiatives.
• Document and publish workshop output including stories, maps and wireframes.
• Prepare and manage all customer-facing deliverables regarding process.
• Input into pre-sales activities to define scope and deliverables.
• Drive testing best practices and develop test cases and scripts.
• Provide business analysis to understand customer requirements.
