UP3 is a dedicated ServiceNow Managed Service provider and Elite Partner, founded in 2016. We seek a ServiceNow Architect who can act as a trusted advisor on technical strategy, governance and best practices, while mentoring development teams and delivering high‑standards engagements for customers.
You will join a London‑based, hybrid team, collaborating across business functions, supporting proposals, demonstrations and enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

We have a wealth of experience working both as customers of ServiceNow and as specialist Consultants and have delivered solutions spanning nearly every aspect of the platform. Due to our continued growth, we are on the lookout for a ServiceNow Architect, a person who knows the platform inside out. You will be an expert and trusted advisor both internally and to our customers on technical strategy, governance, and best practices and bring not only technical expertise, but proven consultancy and professional services experience. Collaborating across all business functions, providing technical and thought leadership and mentoring our development teams is central to the role. Ensuring you stay current with the latest ServiceNow capabilities and technology and be a central point of reference on them is key.
This would suite someone who enjoys being client facing, is comfortable talking and performing demonstrations to senior people and groups and likes strategic thinking and planning. They will be adept at grasping complex scenarios quickly and using their skills and expertise to create appropriate designs and solutions. Using their knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its roadmap they will understand and articulate how it can deliver value in an enterprise environment for a customer. Utilising their technical and consultancy experience they must be capable of delivering work of the highest standard, identifying areas for improvement across the organisation where they see it. Best practice and standards will be at the center of everything they do, so you would welcome the opportunity to share knowledge and coach and mentor others.
We offer an enhanced maternity and parental leave package. For maternity and adoption, we will provide you with 16 weeks full pay, followed by 23 weeks Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP). And for Paternity and other Parental leave, you'll receive 4 weeks of full pay. In addition, we encourage you to take as much time as you need for ante and post-natal appointments.
