Job summary

UP3 in London is seeking a ServiceNow professional to work with clients and internal teams to develop solutions across ITSM and related modules. You will deliver high-quality code, configure integrations, and implement best practices within an agile environment.

The role offers hybrid working with 2-3 days in The Ministry office, opportunities for certification, and a collaborative culture that values proactive learning and customer-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in ServiceNow across ITSM and other apps.
• Administrating one or more ServiceNow instances.
• Configuring, customizing and building integrations on ServiceNow.
• Proven ability to deliver quality work on defined timescales.
• Clear written English and good communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical people.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management best practices.
• Experience delivering work in Agile environments.
• Demonstrated ongoing learning and upskilling in ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality ServiceNow code and customisation for customers.
• Ensure work adheres to UP3 standards and best practices.
• Scope and design solutions to customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engagement managers and customers in Agile sprints.
• Document configurations and gather customer requirements clearly.
• Maintain comprehensive coding and configuration documentation.
• Anticipate potential issues and evaluate options.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems where needed.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow portfolio and industry trends.
• Share knowledge and demonstrate work when required.
