Job summary

Infotel UK Consulting seeks an experienced Business Analyst with ServiceNow expertise for an initial three-month contract in Prestwick, Scotland. You will work with business stakeholders and tech teams to document needs and translate them into actionable specs for ServiceNow initiatives.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, preparing user stories and acceptance criteria, supporting UAT and testing, and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM/ITOM/CSM/Service Catalog).
• Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, forms, business rules and catalog items.
• Experience in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Visio or equivalents for mapping and requirements management.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, integrations or business process transformations.
• BCS Business Analysis or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document requirements for ServiceNow projects.
• Work with stakeholders and technical teams to define solutions.
• Analyse processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Prepare user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional docs.
• Support ServiceNow implementations, enhancements and workflow optimization.
• Assist with UAT, defect tracking and solution validation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies and gaps and communicate them to stakeholders.
