Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience with ServiceNow modules and workflows.
Experience collaborating with Product Design / UX/UI teams.
Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with Product Designers to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
Work with ServiceNow development teams on platform enhancements, workflows, and integrations.
Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Support solution design, UAT planning, testing, and deployment activities.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, product strategy, and technical implementation.
Monitor product performance and recommend continuous improvements.
