Job summary

You will shape security, performance, and extensibility across cloud and AI-enabled solutions, mentor teams, collaborate with clients, contribute IP, and participate in governance and marketing activities to deliver real business impact.

Qualifications

• 12+ years delivering ServiceNow solutions at an enterprise level.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, platform capabilities, and integration patterns.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of influencing teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work on complex projects.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CAD.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in development, integration, and governance.
