Job summary

Infinity Quest is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect/Lead Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise ServiceNow solutions for regulated environments in the UK. You will own end‑to‑end implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM and more, shaping architecture, integration patterns and security models.

You will collaborate with agile teams, drive best practices, ensure compliance audits, and mentor developers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• 5+ years in a ServiceNow Architect or Lead Developer role.
• Proven experience implementing multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC/IRM, SPM).
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Client & Server-side), Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal/Employee Centre, ATF, CMDB architecture.
• Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).
• End-to-end implementation experience (design through deployment).
• Strong understanding of security model (ACLs, roles, domain separation).
• Experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, regulated environments.

Desirable

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward CTA.
• Multiple ServiceNow CIS certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, GRC).
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and enterprise integration platforms.
