Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Junior ServiceNow Product Analyst to help grow and refine the ServiceNow platform. You will collaborate with Product Owners, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders while building expertise in product management, service management, and agile delivery.

You will contribute to platform improvements, assist with service performance monitoring, and help deliver solutions that meet business needs, with emphasis on backlog, requirements, and testing activities.

Qualifications

• Experience with ServiceNow or familiarity with the platform is expected.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and clear documentation.
• Analytical thinking with good organisational skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Interest in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ITIL concepts and Agile tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the ServiceNow product backlog.
• Capture and document business requirements.
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on priorities.
• Support sprint planning and backlog refinement.
• Monitor incidents, requests, and recurring issues for improvements.
• Track KPIs, SLAs, and user adoption.
• Support UAT and release activities.

About The Role

We are looking for a Junior ServiceNow Product Analyst to support the ongoing development and improvement of the ServiceNow platform. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product Owners, developers, administrators, and business stakeholders while developing expertise in product management, service management, and agile delivery. You will contribute to platform improvements, support service performance monitoring, and help deliver solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the management of the ServiceNow product backlog.
• Gather and document business requirements.
• Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to understand business priorities.
• Assist with sprint planning, reviews, and backlog refinement.
• Monitor incidents, requests, and recurring issues to identify improvement opportunities.
• Help track service KPIs, SLAs, and user adoption.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and release activities.

Requirements

• Familiarity with ServiceNow.
• Good communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong organisational and analytical abilities.
• Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum.
• Interest in IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Understanding of ITIL principles, experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools, and exposure to business analysis or service management are beneficial.
