Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Administrator and Developer to drive day-to-day platform administration and ongoing development across ITSM, CSM and ITOM. You will deliver enhancements, workflows, integrations and platform improvements, while maintaining system stability and security.

Qualifications

• A ServiceNow Administrator certification and Implem entation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
• Experience of development on a large transformation project in an agile environment where ServiceNow was integrated with multiple enterprise tier applications; like Salesforce /CRM , NetSuite , ERPs
• Strong understanding of development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to be hands on and work in the detail as and when required.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently, work to tight deadlines, prioritize workloads and work with related internal business functions.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the day-to-day administration, development and support of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring the platform remains stable, secure and fit for business needs.
• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM and ITOM, including enhancements, workflows, integrations and platform improvements.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow applications, including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent and Employee/CSM Portals.
• Build and maintain technical components including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, server-side scripting, AJAX and other ServiceNow development components.
• Support the deployment of ServiceNow into business-as-usual operations, providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the IT Service Desk, business stakeholders, architects, developers and other technology teams to understand requirements and deliver practical, customer-focused solutions.
• Contribute to ServiceNow integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, CRM, NetSuite and other ERP and business systems.
• Investigate and resolve platform issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable technical solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, system designs, support documentation and operational procedures.
• Monitor delivery progress, platform performance, development metrics and key activities, providing clear updates to stakeholders.
