Job summary

OneAdvanced is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator and Developer to join our Birmingham team. You will manage daily administration, develop ITSM/CSM/ITOM solutions, and implement platform enhancements and integrations with ERP systems.

You will collaborate with the IT Service Desk and cross-functional teams, delivering technical solutions and maintaining documentation to support business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development and platform administration.
• ServiceNow Administrator certification and Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM).
• Experience delivering ServiceNow solutions on large transformation projects in Agile environments.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Salesforce/CRM, NetSuite and other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day administration, development and support of the ServiceNow platform.
• Design, develop and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, CSM and ITOM, including enhancements and integrations.
• Configure and develop applications including Service Catalog, Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Knowledge, Asset Management, CMDB, Virtual Agent and Portals.
• Build and maintain technical components such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs and server-side scripting.
• Support deployment into business-as-usual operations and provide ongoing technical support.
• Collaborate with IT Service Desk, stakeholders and other technology teams to deliver practical solutions.
• Contribute to integrations with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite and other ERP systems.
• Investigation and resolution of platform issues, root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Create technical documentation, system designs and operational procedures.
• Monitor delivery progress, platform performance and development metrics for stakeholders.
