Job summary

VIQU Limited in the Midlands is seeking a Service Transition Designer/Architect for a hybrid, six‑month engagement. The role starts ASAP and is focused on building a repeatable Service Transition framework and the supporting capability across IT and business stakeholders.

You will define ownership, prioritisation, governance and Handover into BAU, with documentation and processes prepared for wider application across the application estate.

Qualifications

• Build a repeatable Service Transition framework and supporting capability.
• Deliver a framework that can be developed, applied and refined.
• Define a formal Service Transition framework with processes and docs.
• Determine ownership, order and controls for IT entry.
• Identify gaps and plan to establish the function.
• Deliver framework covering assessment, ownership, governance, BAU handover.
• Build, test and improve framework for wider use.
• Work with ambiguity, engage IT and business stakeholders, drive decisions.
• Knowledge management and process improvement experience is valuable.
• Experience with 3rd parties.
