Job summary

VIQU IT is seeking a Service Transition Designer/Architect to build a repeatable transition framework for a client, with strong governance and stakeholder engagement. The role requires delivering a formal framework, processes, and documentation that can be used across the application estate, including handover into BAU.

Qualifications

• Build a repeatable Service Transition framework and supporting capability.
• Develop and refine a formal Service Transition framework and documentation.
• Define entry criteria for IT ownership, with controls and prioritisation.
• Engage IT and business stakeholders, handling ambiguity and making decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assess maturity and design governance for the transition process.
• Deliver the framework, governance, and documentation to support handover to BAU.
• Provide knowledge transfer and handover into live operations.
• Coordinate with third parties and internal teams to implement frame­work.
