Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD in Trowbridge is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our busy main dealer team. You will carry out routine servicing, complex mechanical repairs, and diagnostic fault-finding using up-to-date brand software, with strict adherence to manufacturer standards.

The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule, on-site parking, and clear progression through funded training pathways in a modern workshop environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or City & Guilds / time-served equivalent) with a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a busy workshop
• Solid foundational knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, routine maintenance, and mechanical repair
• Full UK driving licence and own hand tools; DVSA MOT training desirable

• Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 basic per annum (tailored directly to your experience), plus lucrative performance bonus scheme bringing realistic OTE up to £45,000
