Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a motivated Service Technician/Mechanic in Oxford to service and maintain a range of vehicles, including diagnostics and warranty work. The role involves performing oil changes, cambelt changes, and other tasks, with digital write-ups and eVHCs to Marshall standards.

The ideal candidate holds a Level 3 qualification (IMI/City & Guilds or equivalent), has experience with warranty and servicing, and is ready to learn within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Eager to learn as role will test and develop your mechanic career.
• Strong teamwork and adherence to safety and quality standards.
• MOT Licence is a plus; training can be provided if not yet qualified.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• Handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, with digital write-ups and job cards.
• Conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) to Marshall standards.

Key Requirements

• Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
• Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
• Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
• Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus - full training can be provided if not yet qualified.

• £40,100 basic+ Uncapped Bonus based on time saved and team profit;
