Marshall Motor Group is offering a Level Up Programme to help you achieve a Level 3 qualification in 14 weeks, with full-time hours and structured training.

The role is for a Service Technician/Mechanic, preferably with warranty and servicing exposure, MOT licence a plus, and a chance to progress within the manufacturer accreditation training.

You will join a Hyundai/Genesis aftersales environment with strong mentoring, using specialist tooling and a clear path to career development.

• Must have a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with warranty and servicing exposure.
• Strong teamwork, safety and quality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostics, warranty and repair work.
• Handle vehicle maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt changes with proper documentation.
• Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

Level 2 qualified? Through our Marshall Level Up Programme, we can support you in achieving your Level 3 qualification within just 14 weeks.

Eligibility and Experience

• Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
• Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
• Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus - full training can be provided if not yet qualified.

Contract and Hours

Full-time | 45 hours per week

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities

• You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
• You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
