Job summary

Marshall Skoda Croydon is hiring a skilled Service Technician to join the aftersales team and advance their technical career using state-of-the-art tools and manufacturer training.

You will service and maintain vehicles, perform diagnostics and warranty work, and complete eVHCs with a focus on quality and safety. MOT licence is a plus; full training available to qualify. 45 hours per week, with a competitive package from Marshall Motor Group.

• Experience with warranty and servicing work preferred.
• MOT licence is a plus; training can be provided if not yet qualified.

At Marshall Skoda Croydon, we’re offering an exciting opportunity for a skilled and qualified Service Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team. In this role:

• You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write‑ups and job card completion.
• You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.

We're looking for:

• Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
• Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
• Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus – full training can be provided if not yet qualified.
• Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
