Job summary

Marshall Motor Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our high-performing aftersales team in England. You will be trained with manufacturer accreditation and work across a diverse range of vehicles, supported by advanced facilities and a collaborative team.

Your role covers servicing, diagnostics and warranty tasks, with opportunities for career progression and access to ongoing brand accreditations and training.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification required or equivalent.
• Experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic with exposure to warranty and servicing work.
• MOT Licence is a plus; full training available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including warranty work.
• Handle maintenance tasks from oil changes to cambelt changes with digital write-ups.
• Perform electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with company standards.

Job description

• Most importantly, someone eager to learn as this role will test you, but also help you develop and progress within your Mechanic careers with our manufacturer accreditation training.
• Someone with a recognised Level 3 qualification (IMI, City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Someone with previous experience as a Service Technician/Mechanic, ideally with exposure to both warranty and servicing work.
• Someone with strong teamwork skills, who follows process and upholds high standards of safety and quality.
• Someone with a MOT Licence is a plus - full training can be provided if not yet qualified.

£37,285 basic | £39,500 OTE based on time saved and team profit

In this role:

• You’ll carry out servicing and maintenance on a range of vehicles, including diagnostic, warranty and repair work.
• You’ll handle a variety of vehicle maintenance tasks, from oil changes to cambelt changes, supported by digital write-ups and job card completion.
• You’ll conduct electronic vehicle health checks (eVHCs) in line with Marshall standards.
