Berry Group are looking for a Service Team Manager.

Your role

Berry Group are currently recruiting for a Service Team Manager to join our BMW dealership in Chiswick. Working as part of a team and reporting to the Aftersales Manager, this role offers you the opportunity to use your leadership skills to drive performance on our service reception.
What will I do on a daily basis?

  • Provide day to day guidance and direction to a team of Service Advisors.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer care and satisfaction are delivered at all times.
  • Identify areas of improvement for the service reception department to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan ahead and manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are achieved.
  • Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, dealership colleagues, suppliers and external representatives.

Your profile

  • You would have experience in a similar role within a vehicle dealership.
  • Ability to remain professional, calm and positive at all times.
  • Approach tasks eagerly and cooperate fully when requested.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Outstanding organization and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
