Toyota Material Handling Logistics Solutions AB is seeking a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of technicians delivering frontline customer service and maintaining the highest service standards across our network.

You will manage customer relationships in your regional area, oversee technician work, and contribute to service operations with a focus on development, efficiency and quality outcomes.

We are looking for a Service Team Manager to lead and support a team of technicians to provide industry leading frontline customer service.

About the role

The role involves leading a team of technicians to successfully deliver excellent customer service.

On a day-to-day basis this is what you would be doing:

• Working with and leading your team of service technicians
• Managing customer relationships in your regional area
• Performing technician duties as and when required

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of service operations and providing excellent customer service.
