Bowker Motor Group is recruiting a full-time Service Team Leader for their BMW & MINI Centre on Preston Docklands. This busy role will suit an enthusiastic individual with prior service department experience and a strong commitment to meeting high customer expectations.

Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the ideal candidate will have good organisational and people management skills and a hands-on approach. You will motivate and train staff while meeting targets and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar service leadership role is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A passion for delivering the highest level of customer service.
• IT literacy and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Service Advisor team and Service Manager.
• General administration duties.
• Liaising with the manufacturer.
• Communication with customers and Workshop Controllers.
