Arnold Clark in Irvine is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead the BMW/MINI branch service operation. You will oversee the workshop and retail areas, coach staff, set objectives and ensure compliance with policies while delivering consistently excellent customer service.
Reporting to the service director, you will drive department performance, monitor KPIs and financials, optimise processes, and promote a proactive, ethical culture that maximises service quality and customer
Competenze
- Experience managing a service department in automotive retail.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of DVSA and health and safety policies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full driving licence required.
Mansioni
- Lead a service team of technicians, advisors and support staff.
- Ensure servicing work is carried out correctly and on time.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
- Review KPI and financial reports and motivate the team to exceed targets.
