Supported Living Team Leader

Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire

Are you passionate about making a difference in the care sector?

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supported Living Team Leader to join an established provider of supported living care in the Kettering area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality support to your clients.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide mentoring and training to team members.

Requirements:

  • Solid, recent background in the care sector, working at Team Leader level or equivalent.
  • Minimum qualification of Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care.
  • Clean driving licence.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Working Hours:

  • 37.5 hours per week.

Salary:

  • £23,650 to £26,000 per annum, subject to review from 1 April each year.

Benefits:

  • 5.6 weeks holiday plus 8 days bank holidays per annum (pro rata).
  • Up to 10 days Company sick pay per annum after successful completion of a 6-month probationary period.
  • Company-funded in-house training and Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
