Location: Kettering based office - hybrid working (2 days in office)
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11.30am to 8pm (flexibility may be required in the future for weekends)
Salary: £25,000
Start date: 23rd June 2025

You will support the operations manager and team leaders in leading, managing, engaging, and developing a team of advisors. Please note that shifts will be scheduled between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday.
