Job summary

URBN in Cheltenham is seeking a store management professional to lead a high-energy team and drive the brand’s VIBE philosophy. You will recruit, coach and motivate staff, set daily goals, and uphold exceptional customer service and store standards.

You will oversee operations, merchandising and loss-prevention practices, while using data to respond to trends and drive sales in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a management role in a fast-paced, high-volume fashion retail environment.
• Strong operational skills.
• Understanding of the Urban Outfitters culture and its appeal to the local market.
• Ability to drive sales through excellent service, strong visual presentation and business understanding.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, motivate, develop and lead a store team.
• Set daily goals and maintain a positive store environment.
• Coach and develop team performance and conduct appraisals.
• Oversee store operations, loss prevention, safety and compliance.
