Job summary

MasterMover is seeking a Service Buyer to source and procure spare parts, service components and external services for our Service and Aftersales operations. You will work closely with Service teams and suppliers to ensure materials are available when needed, expedite orders and maintain accurate procurement records, minimising downtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, buying, procurement or supply chain role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
• Ability to work with colleagues across departments.
• Knowledge of spare parts purchasing or service-related procurement.
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Source and procure spare parts, service components and external services.
• Raise, manage and track purchase orders.
• Collaborate with Service teams to identify procurement needs.
• Expedite orders to support service delivery.
• Maintain supplier records and relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance including lead times.
• Support warranty, repair and returns processes.
• Assist with supplier invoice queries.
• Identify alternative sourcing options.
• Support continuous improvement across procurement and service processes.
