Job summary

PALFINGER MARINE is seeking a proactive After Sales Service Sales professional to strengthen service and spare parts revenue across the UK, including Gosport. You will develop commercial opportunities and build lasting relationships with customers, coordinating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class service solutions.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle.
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction.
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.

Join our After Sales and Service team and help drive the growth of PALFINGER Marine’s service and spare parts business. In this customer-focused role, you will develop commercial opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality service solutions across the UK market.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for service, spare parts, and upgrade solutions within the assigned market
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner and advisor throughout the service lifecycle
• Prepare, negotiate, and follow up on service quotations, agreements, and commercial proposals
• Coordinate service and spare parts activities with internal teams to ensure efficient execution and customer satisfaction
• Drive market growth by acquiring new customers, monitoring market developments, and contributing to the achievement of business objectives

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong technical background, preferably within marine, offshore, or a related engineering environment
• Several years of experience in service sales, after-sales, business development, or a similar customer-facing role
• Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Self-motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and negotiation skills
