Qualifications

• Engineering background or degree, and knowledge of the lift industry.
• Experience in a Sales Coordinator role is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance and repair sales quotations to meet targets.
• Act as the key salesperson for general enquiries for key accounts.
• Support tender and estimation processes.
• Support the sale of maintenance, service and repair contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone and face to face.
