Job summary

Professional Technical Ltd. is seeking a Service Sales Coordinator to join a lift service company based in Manchester. The role is fully office-based in Greater Manchester and involves following up on leads passed from management, providing quotations, maintaining contracts, and supporting tenders.

You will need an Engineering background or degree, knowledge of the Lift industry, and excellent communication skills. Training is provided to help you meet KPIs and sales targets.

• Experience in a Sales Coordinator role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance and repair sales quotations to meet targets.
• Act as the key salesperson for general enquiries for key accounts.
• Support the tender and estimation process.
• Support the sale of maintenance, service and repair contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone and face to face.
