Qualifications

• Engineering background or degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a Sales Coordinator role or similar.
• Knowledge of the Lift industry or a related sector.
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner.
• Office-based 5 days per week in Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance and repair quotations to meet individual and team sales targets.
• Act as the key salesperson for general enquiries for key accounts.
• Support the tender and estimation process.
• Support the sale of maintenance, service, and repair contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service via email, telephone, and face to face.
