Job summary

thyssenkrupp Elevator is seeking a Service Sales Consultant to join our North team in the Manchester region. You will focus on growing the servicing business, building relationships with customers, and closing profitable deals while meeting monthly targets.

Requirements include a commercially driven mindset, strong presentation skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Prior lift/escalator sales experience is a plus but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers
• Identify and develop new client areas via lead generation and prospecting
• Close profitable deals across customer groups
• Achieve sales and revenue growth to targets
• Respond to quotation requests and tender enquiries; follow up and close
• Maximise exposure of products and service across accounts
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase market share
• Report monthly targets with accurate forecasting
• Manage existing client accounts to maximise spend
• Liaise with Regional Director and Head of Sales to follow company practices
• Visit clients
