Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor or reception experience in automotive retail.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Organised and detail-oriented, capable of supporting a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture customer relationships from booking to service completion.
• Support and train new team members within the Service department and drive KPIs.
• Act as key point of contact for complex customer issues and coordinate with management for solutions.
