Job summary

Porsche Centre Swindon is seeking a Workshop Controller to ensure technical preparation and set up align with brand standards and group processes.

You will gather warranty evidence, manage repair quality, oversee progress in the workshop, and keep Service, Parts and Workshop Managers updated. Provide live technical guidance to technicians and customers if needed.

The role requires coordinating with teams to meet customer timescales and uphold high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Technical preparation & setup in line with brand & group standards
• Warranty evidence gathering, administration and submission
• Provide control of quality and of repairs
• Oversee technical repair progression of work through the workshop and ensure agreed customer timescales are adhered to
• Work with the Service, Parts and Workshop Managers to ensure all departments are kept updated of progress at all times
• Live technical guidance for Technicians and customers if necessary
