Job summary

Dick Lovett in Swindon is seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to act as the primary contact for customers needing servicing, maintenance, and repair work. You will deliver a professional, personalised service and clearly communicate vehicle work requirements and progress throughout the customer journey.

You will liaise with the Workshop Manager and Technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards, while managing customer expectations and supporting department

• Manage customer expectations and ensure all service processes are completed accurately and compliantly.
• Support the achievement of departmental performance and customer satisfaction objectives.
