Job summary

LGT Wealth Management UK LLP in London is seeking a Service Delivery Analyst on a 12-month FTC to lead ITIL-aligned service management and governance. You will chair the Change Advisory Board, act as Major Incident Manager when required, and drive process improvements across incident, problem, change and access management.

You will collaborate with the LGT Group to streamline operations, support audits, and enhance service quality for internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead CAB and oversee change governance.
• Act as Major Incident Manager when required.
• Ensure processes for incident, problem, and access management.
• Collaborate with LGT Group to improve ITIL processes.
• Support audit activities and evidence collection.
• Run service reviews with business stakeholders.
• Ensure joiner/leaver/transfer activities are performed.
• Support and manage service delivery projects.
• Provide cover for SD&S Manager.
