Job summary

SSE is seeking a Performance Analyst to turn end-to-end service data into actionable insights across Reading, Havant, Glasgow or Perth. The role focuses on identifying information needs, analysing trends and producing clear reports to support decisions and service improvement.

You will work with diverse teams to interpret findings, communicate insights and help drive improvements. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexible first options and a salary of £50,964 - £60,899 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Understanding service management principles across multiple teams and functions.
• Experience bringing information from different sources to analyse performance and identify trends.
• Ability to visualise and articulate analysis findings into practical insights for business decisions.
• Strong written, verbal and facilitation skills to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage own workload with an analytical approach.

Responsibilities

• Identify performance information needs from across the end-to-end service value chain.
• Plan, prioritise and deliver regular trend-based analysis and clear reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and outline actions for improvement.
• Monitor performance trends and communicate progress and supporting evidence.
• Support wider service strategy and governance activities with inputs and engagement content.
