Service Delivery Analyst at SSE in Scotland, with base locations in Glasgow, Perth, Aberdeen or Inverness. This permanent, full-time role supports IT and OT service delivery across transmission through reporting, governance and escalation management.

You will analyse IT/OT services, produce tailored service reports for review meetings and drive continuous improvements with internal and third-party providers.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Service Delivery, Service Management or IT support for business-critical systems.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach to escalations, incidents and service requests.
• Broad IT service experience and ITSM knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and data reporting tools; ServiceNow desirable.

Aufgaben

• Manage customer incidents and requests through resolution, using trend and root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Analyse and report on IT/OT services for the Service Delivery function.
• Produce tailored service reports and communications for customer review meetings.
• Analyse IT/OT services to identify key issues, operational risks and improvements.
• Support continuous service improvements across internal, group and third-party IT providers.
