Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify performance information needs across the end-to-end service value chain.
• Plan, prioritise and deliver regular trend-based analysis with clear reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret findings and determine action.
• Monitor performance trends and outcomes of improvement activities.
• Support governance forums and prepare engagement content.
