SSE is seeking an IT Service Performance Analyst to join our IT Service Performance team. The role focuses on turning performance data from across the end-to-end service value chain into clear insight to guide decision-making, continuous improvement and a better digital experience.

You will work with stakeholders to identify information needs, analyse trends, combine inputs from multiple teams and communicate actionable insights to inform actions and governance discussions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of service management principles and end-to-end performance delivery across teams.
• Experience bringing together information from multiple sources to analyze performance and identify trends.
• Ability to visualise and communicate findings as practical insights for stakeholders.
