Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a motivated Junior Service / PDI Technician for our Tunbridge Wells workshop. The role focuses on PDI, new-car prep, and routine servicing across modern VAG vehicles, with excellent earnings potential and hands-on training from senior technicians.

You will work Monday to Friday, no weekends, with on-site parking and a clear path to progression through manufacturer training programs.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop / PDI experience).
• Efficient work style with a passion for clean vehicle prep and routine maintenance.
• Eagerness to upskill and learn VAG diagnostic systems through manufacturer-backed training.
• Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and fresh car prep for modern VAG passenger cars.
• Routine servicing and light maintenance.
• Learn from senior master technicians and progress in diagnostics.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £35,000 basic per annum
• Bonus: Easy, uncapped monthly bonus scheme (£1,000+ per month / £12,000+ per year)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (NO WEEKENDS)
