Job summary

Hawk Hiring LTD is hiring a Service Vehicle Tech / PDI Mechanic in Gillingham. The role focuses on preparing fresh vehicles, carrying out routine maintenance, and running health checks in a relaxed, well-managed environment with competitive pay.

You will work Monday to Friday with strong earning potential including a guaranteed bonus and a performance-based incentive structure. A clear career path and training are provided.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Repair (or 6+ months hands-on workshop/PDI experience).
• A clean, efficient work style with a passion for straightforward servicing and vehicle prep.
• DVSA MOT Smart Card is a bonus, but completely optional.
• Full UK driving licence & own standard hand tools.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: Up to £36,000 guaranteed basic per annum + performance bonus (most technicians earn an extra £500 – £600 per month)
• Guaranteed Bonus: £500 guaranteed extra per month for your first 3 months to help you settle in smoothly
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with weekend arrangements where applicable)
