Hawk Hiring LTD is seeking a Vehicle Technician, Improver, or Trainee to carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repair work while gaining hands‑on, paid training alongside Master Technicians to master advanced diagnostics.

We offer a 30-day holiday allowance, on-site parking, and a structured pathway to become a fully qualified Diagnostic Specialist with fully funded IMI courses and mentorship.

Competenze

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 (or equivalent time-served workshop experience).
• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in an independent garage, main dealer, or fast-fit environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine hunger to upskill into high-level diagnostics.
• Full UK driving licence & basic hand tools.

Mansioni

• General servicing, brakes, suspension, safety inspections, and mechanical repairs.
• Shadow senior techs on complex diagnostic troubleshooting and electrical fault-finding.

Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 basic per annum (dependent on experience) + £4,000 annual team bonus (£34,000 – £39,000 Realistic OTE)


• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full 1-hour lunch break | STRICTLY 100% WEEKEND-FREE)
